Holidays to Majorca – A Dream Destination
It has been a long time since I have been able to go on a family holiday but that hasn’t stopped me from looking! I have saved hard this year and luckily enough been able to afford to take my family to a cottage for a few days – it will be the first family holiday we have ever been on. I am hoping in the next few years to be able to take them overseas on holiday to Majorca – it is somewhere I visited as a child and I would love to be able to take my children there so they can enjoy the same things as I did.
It is a resort that has everything, from dramatic mountain scenery, historic sights and cultural experiences but my fondest memories come from being in the sea and around the coastline. I spent many of my day’s snorkelling and exploring marine life. It really is a world away from what I am used to. I used to stay in hotels in Alcudia – the kind you find on majorcanholidays.co.uk – and just wander down to the beach and just explore!
If you are still looking for a late holiday this summer, or maybe want to plan your dream family holiday, you can do much worse than going to Majorca. I really can’t recommend it enough. It is fantastic for couples, families, and singles, there is dozens of different tourist attractions and the bonus is the island is small enough for you to explore all of it while you are there by going on a few day trips.
This post was written by Alan from majorcanholidays.co.uk – a great source of hotel reviews and resort information for anybody looking to visit the Balearic island on holiday.

Seems to be a good place to do trekking or snorkeling. 🙂 I suddenly miss my town back in Siargao :/
A friend and her family went to Majorca for two weeks…it’s a really fun adventure she said…she sent a postcard while there – made me envious…lols
I envy you. Majorca is another one of those places I’ve been dying to see but I still can’t afford to.
Wow, Majorca looks beautiful! I’d love to visit this place within my lifetime.. 🙂
