Planning a long distance travel this summer for a family getaway? Aside from the clothes, underwears, extra towels and gadgets like laptop, camera and cellphones that we usually carry with us.  It is essential to double check the travel kit we are going to bring. Toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrush, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. It is better to make sure we have our own personal necessities rather than be problematic upon reaching our destination and get dissapointed or not contented with what their accomodation offers.

Other essentials such as insect repellent, hand sanitizers, baby wipes/tissue paper, comb/brush, razors, cellphone and camera chargers and laptop adapters should be on hand too. It is also crucial to bring a small emergency kit that contains pain reliever and other important medicines, band aid and alcohol.

   

Travel bags must also be taken into consideration, in our case I bring two big travel bags, one for me and my husband to share and the other one for my two sons. I find it much easier to organize things using two bags instead of one.
